The Way We Work & How We Treat You How The Process Works: We only need a minimum amount of information in order to help you. You can either give us a call on 020 33 55 4827, or complete our online Request Quotes form. Our online Request Quotes form will ask for some basic personal information about you, and also details of your existing pension. You then have a choice... You can either give us the rest of the information we need via the more detailed part of the Request Quotes form, or you can sign a letter which we will send to you to authorise us to talk directly to your existing pension provider about your pension fund. Once we have all the information on your existing pension, and what it is that you are looking for from your annuity, we then request illustrations from all the pension providers. Each pension provider will provide us with a personalised illustration detailing the monthly income they would be prepared to offer you. We pull all the information together, and provide you with a report which gives you your options in a clear and simple to understand format. Don't forget, we're also at the end of the phone if you need any help understanding what is being offered to you. Once you have decided which pension provider best meets your needs, we will then help you apply. Our aim is to make the whole process as hassle-free as possible, and if you request, we can also complete all the necessary paperwork for you. You do not pay us a fee unless you would prefer to do so. The pension provider who you select to provide your annuity will pay us a commission for placing the business with them. Some product providers allow companies to determine a level of commission above the standard rate being offered. We NEVER take anything more than the providers standard commission. However the only commitment we require from you is that once we have conducted the research, if you do decide to go with one of the quotes, then please use us. If it is your intention to use our resource, cost and time to take our quote and give the business to another advice company, then please don't expect a Christmas card from us!! 		No Fees

Nothing more to say! We won't directly charge you a fee, no matter what the outcome. If you would prefer we can offer a fee only service, but you would have to pay for the time incurred even if you did not place your business through us. In virtualy every instance we generate our income in the same way as most other companies in this area, namely the product provider pays us our fee from your fund once the business is completed. This amount is already included and disclosed in all quotes provided to you. If you decide not to take up any of the quotes, there will be no fee payable. Our Trivial Pension Service is Fee Only
		Full Independence

When we conduct your research we will look at the full UK pension market. We are not incentivised to use one provider over another. We present all our findings to you, so you can make the final decision. In some cases your circumstances may limit the number of providers available. We only deal with one provider for Drawdown.
		Honesty

We won't try to bamboozle or confuse you. We will tell you what we think at all times, using simple clear language. Our aim is to ensure that you end up doing what is right for you, even if that means no business for us.
		No Sales Calls

We will never telephone you to try to sell you other products or services. With your permission, we may write to you from time to time to update you on areas that may be of interest to you. We will never sell your information to other companies.
		You Are in Control

You are in control during every step of the process. We will give you all the information you need so you can make an informed decision. We will never rush you or try to push you into a decision.
