You can either give us a call on 0845 83 87 811, or complete our online Request Quotes form. Our online Request Quotes form will ask for some basic personal information about you, and also details of your existing pension. You then have a choice... You can either give us the rest of the information we need via the more detailed part of the Request Quotes form, or you can sign a letter which we will send to you to authorise us to talk directly to your existing pension provider about your pension fund. Once we have all the information on your existing pension, and what it is that you are looking for from your annuity, we then request illustrations from all the pension providers. Each pension provider will provide us with a personalised illustration detailing the monthly income they would be prepared to offer you. We pull all the information together, and provide you with a report which gives you your options in a clear and simple to understand format. Don't forget, we're also at the end of the phone if you need any help understanding what is being offered to you. Once you have decided which pension provider best meets your needs, we will then help you apply. Our aim is to make the whole process as hassle-free as possible, and if you request, we can also complete all the necessary paperwork for you. You do not pay us a fee. The pension provider who you select to provide your annuity will pay us a commission for placing the business with them. Some product providers allow companies to determine a level of commission above the standard rate being offered. We NEVER take anything more than the providers standard commission. However the only commitment we require from you is that once we have conducted the research, if you do decide to go with one of the quotes, then please use us. If it is your intention to use our resource, cost and time to take our quote and give the business to another advice company, then please don't expect a Christmas card from us!! 		Nothing more to say! We won't charge you a fee, no matter what the outcome. We generate our income in the same way as most other companies in this area, namely the annuity provider pays us standard rate commission. This amount is already included and disclosed in all quotes provided to you. If you decide not to take up any of the quotes, there will be no fee payable.

		When we conduct your research we will look at the full UK pension market. We are not incentivised to use one provider over another. We present all our findings to you, so you can make the final decision.
